Disabled candidates can apply through PH(physically handicapped) & have to provide a certificate for the same. No other specific physical standards are required for CSE.

the upsc also have some relaxation for all those candidates who are physically challenged or disabled.
The upsc has issued the following disability criteria's
bl = both leg are affected but not arms
ba = both arms affected
bla = both arms and legs affected
ol = one leg affected
oa = one arm affected
oal one arm and one leg affected
mw = musular weakness
b = blind
lw = low vision
h = hearing
all above are the physically challenged conditions are prescribed by the upsc and the candidate should have a valid certificate from the government or from a mbbs certified doctor or from a cheif medical officer.
