UPSC does not generally release the cutoff marks for various examination they conduct. They just release the candidates names' who have cleared,so its very hard to predict the cutoff.
however many coaching institutes have declared that for last year 251 for general and 246 for OBC. It is just a rough score, not an authenticated one. BUt you can keep it as reference and prepare accordingly.
