UPSC conducts various exams like civil services exam,IES,SCRA,NDA,CDS etc.
age criteria differs with the exam you want to write.
maximum age limit for obc:
civil services exam:33 years
IES:33 years
forest services:33 years
geologists exam:35 years
combined medical services exam:35 years.
etc...
you can visit the commissions website or refer the notification of the commission published in the employment newspaper to get the full details abou the exam you want to write.
generally,OBC candidates get a relaxation of upto three years from the upper age mentioned.but it also varies.

for upsc civil services exam obc candidates have upper limit 33 years and they can apply 7 times.

The UPSC conducts various examination, but you have not mentioned any examination's name. Still, Generally, the age limit for the UPSC's CSAT examination is within 21 to 30 years. The upper age limit for OBC is 03 years and for SC/ST is 05 years. There is only 04 attempts for General candidates, 07 attempts for OBC and up to 35 years for SC/ST candidates for appearing the CSAT examination. I attempted IFS preliminary exam on 26 may 2013 but i have one doubt whether my attempt is counted for IAS because OBC candidate have 7 attempts.So how these 7 attempts are utilized??
