NDA 1 && NDA 2 both are conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
The eligibility criteria is same for the both
Minimum Qualification :: 12th
Minimum age :: 16.5 years
Maximum age :: 19 years
The only differnece is given below
Generally UPSC conducts this exam twice in a Year
So the first of it called ::: NDA 1
The Second Half is ::: NDA 2 ...

they are the exams, and they both are conducted by upsc on different months of the year.
Nda 1 is conducted in the month of april and nda 2 is conducted in the month of september.
Nda is conducted twice everyyear,
so nda 1 n nda 2 are same , but nda 1 is in first half of year, n nda- 2 is conducted in 2nd half of the year.
Both r conducted by upsc only.

NDA stands for the National Defense academy.This examination is conducted for selecting candidates for recruiting at different posts in different wings of defense.This examination is conducted twice every year by the UPSC in the month of august and april and respectively.
Friend,there is no difference between the two examinations just they are conducted at different times in the year.The eligibility criteria and the examination pattern and all requirements remain same.
Educational qualifications:
>>10+2 passed/appearing from a recognized board.Candidates from other than science stream are eligible for the Army only.
Age limitations:
>>The age limit is 16.5 to 19 years .No relaxations applicable.
Sex and martial status:
>>You should be unmarried male Indian.
Examination pattern:
The important dates for the NDA I and NDA 2 are :
NDA I:
Date of notification:22/12/2012
Last date of receiving application:21/01/2013
Date of examination:14/04/2013
NDA 2:
Date of notification:04/05/2013.
Last date of receiving application:03/06/2013.
Date of examination:11/08/2013.
The dates for the NDA I are already over ,so you cannot apply for it and you can apply at www.upsconline.nic.in for the NDA 2 when registration starts.

There is no difference between NDA 1 and NDA 2 exam.
NDA 1 exam is conducted by UPSC in April month.
NDA 2 exam is conducted by UPSC in August month.
You can apply both exam after 12th class in the particular year.

if you miss out in appearing for NDA 1 you have another chance for appearing for NDA 2

Both NDA I and NDA II are the entrance exam for the defence jobs conducted by the UPSC at two different times in a year........
You can appear in both of the exams........

You must be 12th pass from any recognized board.
Your age must be between 16.5 to 19 years.
You must be the citizen of India and unmarried....
If you satisfy all the above criteria then you can apply for the exam and if you have appeared in NDA I then also you can appear in NDA II.......

NDA 1 is hold in sept session.
And the age 16.5 to 19 in NDA first.
NDA 2 is hold in apirl
adn the age 16.5 to 21.
So take the difference between them.
