Dear Applicant,
-You need to have been clear about which UPSC preliminary exam you are talking about.The preliminary exams of the CIVIL SERVICES conducted by the UPSC were conducted this year on the 20th of May.So there is no use of getting an admit card now,as you seem to have already missed out on this exams.
-If you had not received the admit card,then you could have easily downloaded it from the official website of the UPSC using your registration number,birth date and password details.
-However,I doubt you have missed out on the opportunity this year.Only the mains exams will now be conducted for the Civil Services 2012,in October~November.
-Therefore you should apply for the exams next year.The notifications of the release of application forms will be releases in January.

first check if you are the only one who have not received the admit card or there are many.....

if there are many then there is no need to worry.....
contact the authorities for details regarding the dispatch of admit cards.....

just go to upsc's oficial wabsite http://www.upsc.gov.in/ and then go for examination link...there you will find a provision for e-admit card

Dont get panic the e-hall ticket can be downloaded from the official website of upsc (www.upsc.com) and will be available in the site , you can download and it acts as a valid hall ticket for you . just type your reg. no. or your name,DOB to download the hall ticket .

If you want to download ADMIT card of IAS prelim's, then right now there is no use of that as exam had already conducted on 20 may,2012, So link of eADMIT card has been disabled by the UPSC.

but for future downloading
just visit www.upsc.gov.in where on homepage you found the link on right hand side,do enter you are registration no. along with date of birth,take hard-copy of the same that'a your valid hall ticket for the same.

admit cards for the upsc exam reaches your home 3 or 4 weeks before the exam date .some time due to some postal problems it do not reaches . in that case you can visit the official upsc site www.upsc.gov.in form which you can get your admit card downloaded to your computer making use of your registration number and dob .and you can take out a print out of this admit card form through the printer at the time of the exam that will be applicable at your examination center.

UPSC preliminary examination is already over. For your information, UPSC does not send admit card through post this year. YOu have to download it from upsc.gov.in website.

admit cards send by upsc to candidates who had applied for some upsc exam reaches the candidate a few day before the schedule of the conduct of the exam by post.
