Dear,
The UPSC doesn't send any admit card by post. So, You have to download it from its official website www.upsc.gov.in where you can find the option of EXAMINATION and then click there and then click to the e-admit card. If you fail, the please contact to the UPSC office. Best of Luck.

-The INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICE Exams were successfully conducted by the UPSC on the 15Th of JUNE,2012 throughout the country.
-The admit cards of the exams were not sent to the candidates via post on their residential address.They were to download the e-ADMIT CARDS from the official website of the UPSC using their REGISTRATION NUMBER and DATE OF BIRTH.
-The e-admit cards were made available a couple of weeks prior to the scheduled date examination.
-However,I doubt that you have missed the opportunity to appear for the exams this year.
-Anyways,you can download the admit card of the IES exams,if available,from the UPSC official website :: www.upsc.gov.in
-Also,remain updated of all notifications and details from this website.

if you don't get the admit card trough by post then you download the admit card from the official website of the upsc www.upsc.gov.in.

or contact with the head office

there is nothing to worry about this my friend as with the growing use of internet UPSC does not send admit card by post.but you can easily download your admit card through the site www.onlineupsc.nic.in by making use of your registration id .
