Age criteria - 21-30 years, age relaxation for obc max upto 3yrs
age relaxation for sc/st max upto 5 yrs.
Selection procedure - csat (civil service aptitude test), civil service main exam, interview.

21-33 for obc
21-35 for sc/st

Eligibility criteria- u should have a grad degree, age must be 21
Age relaxation is 21-30 for general, 21-33 for obc, 21-35 for sc/st

Eligibility criteria for civil service examination:-

1) you must be Indian citizen to apply for the exam.
2) you must have completed your graduation with any discipline.
3) Candidates completed their graduation from technical/professional courses are also eligible to apply.
4) only passing mark in graduation is required to apply in this exam.
5) Age criteria:- 21-30 years(open category). For SC/ST, OBC .. upper age relaxation is available.
6) For SC/ST- 5 years , OBC- 3 years relaxation.
7) So, for SC/ST age limit :- 21-35 years, OBC- 21-33 years.
8) Number of attempts for open category is 4, OBC-7, Unlimited for SC/ST candidates
9) Final year candidates who are pursuing graduation are also eligible to apply.
10) Candidate must be Physically fit.

You can apply either online or offline.
In offline mode, You have to buy application form from designated head post offices & fill it up .Then send it to mentioned address.

for civil services graduated any candidate can apply. But age limit is not less than 21 and not more than 30 yers.good luck!

dear friend eligibility criteria for all the students who want to apply for upsc is he ,they should complete their graduation and should be between 21 to 30 yrs of age.notification will be given in the month of feb every year so follow the upsc site.
