The job scope of EEE is very much wide and there is chances of being soluble in both software companies as well as core companies.
You can get jobs in any software development companies.(TCS, Wipro, u-sigma, Arescent, Sopra etc)
You can jobs in telecommunication companies like BSNL, Airtel, Idea etc.
You can get jobs in core industries as modern uses of PLC and various control system for heavy machinery requires Electrical/Electronics engineers for both operation and maintainance and installation.
So, just choose the sctor as per your interest and qualification.
You will get a job accordingly.

There are lots of thermal, hyrdo and nuclear power plants in the country. They appoint electrical engineers at various positions. you can also apply for positions at power plants. Central government bodies like ISRO, HAL BHEL etc also offer opportunities to these candidates.
