FORTNIGHTLY RECRUITMENT IS THAT RECRUITMENT BY THE UPSC WHICH IS CONDUCTED AFTER 15 DAYS OR FOR WHICH THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM ARE AVAILABLE FOR APPLY AFTER EVERY 15 DAYS.
THE CANDIDATE WHO APPLY ARE SELECTED ON THE BASIS OF TEST WHICH ARE PRESCRIBED BY THE UPSC IN THE ADVERTISEMENT AND IN THE NOTIFICATIONS
