Dear friend,
In civil services no special opportunity for BHMS graduate.
For that candidate must be passed his/her graduation in any field . It does not matter that candidate are graduate in engineering , Medical or any other field.
For that examination no , percentage barrier , If candidate just has passing marks in graduation are also eligible.
IAS , IPS, IFS all comes into civil services .
So, do not worry about that firstly pass the civil services written exam.
For that you have three procedure.
