I am sorry to say that you can't apply for the CMS as a BHMS student as the qualification for CMS is only to pass MBBS. But don't worry, the UPSC also often conducts examinations for BHMS students specially. Thank You.

The minimum qualification to fill up the form of CMS of upsc is MBBS degree so you cannot apply for CMS but you can apply for IAS/IPS examination which is also conducted by UPSC.

Indian Administrative Services i.e. IAS and Indian Police Services i.e. IPS exams are conducted by UPSC.

You can apply online for these examinations at www.upsconline.nic.in

The eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

The Age limit for UPSC exam is 21 to 30 years on 1 August of Exam Year i.e. If you are appearing in 2012 UPSC exam then your age should between 2 August 1982 to 1 August 1991.

There is five years relaxation for the SC/ST candidates.

Sorry, Friend you are not eligible for UPSC CMS exam.
Only MBBS degree holders are allowed to appear in this exam.
