See generally what has been noticed in the past few years is that they call candidates for the interview in the ratio of 1:5
This means they'll call 1 girl for every 5 boys.

But see,don't worry about these statistics.
If you have the ability,then you'll surely get a call!

For CSE, the ratio is roughly 5:2 i.e. 5 candidates called for every 2 posts.
