Our Constitution consists of a number of laws and many sections.
It is virtually not possible to learn each of them.
By you should be aware of most of them.
This is because there is a section of Constitution of India and Indian Polity in the IAS exam. This part will include questions on the Constitution of India as well as all constitutional, legal, administrative and other issues emerging from the politico-administrative system prevalent in the country.

So you need to be aware of most of them and some of the important ones so that you can attempt the questions!

Hello,

It will be good if you manage to know everything about Constitution but everything is not necessary. You must know the gist and important topics in the Constitution like Preamble, Part I, III, IV, FRs, fundamental duties, DPSP, about 3 organs of govt. etc.
