For UPSC IES(Indian Engineering Services) Exam you need to complete your B.E/B.Tech or appearing in final year of B.E/B.Tech in any field from recognized college or university.
but you have to choose the following any branch for papers.
1. Civil Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Mechanical Engineering
4. Electronics & telecommunication Engineering.

For IES your age must be within 21 years to 30 years. There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidate: 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.
you can apply for IES Exam online on http://www.upsconline.nic.in/

The required qualification that needed for the IES exam is below :

Education qualification :
-> one have to complete their B.E. / B.Tech from any recognized university .

-> If you are in final year then also you can give the exam .

Age limit :
21-30 for general cast
21-33 for OBC cast
21-35 for SC/ST cast
21-35 for Ex-serviceman
21-40 for Physically handicapped .

So if you fulfill the above criteria then you are eligible for giving the IES exam .

The IES exam have four catagories and one have to choose one of the catagoy as mention below :

IES Stands for Indian Engineering Service Exam this exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission and this Exam is conducted by Every year.And required educational Qualification is BE/B.Tech candidates are eligible to attend this examination and should be have the Following Eligibility's. The candidate should be complete the degree and final year candidates also eligible for this examination.And there is no minimum percentage of marks for this examination just pass is enough so you don't worry about that.
