    What is the selection pattern & requirements of nda?
    I am of16 years.please reply me as early as you can.

    Selection procedure for the NDA examination starts with the written test and you need to qualify the same for further success.
    Secondly you need to go for the SSb interview which is only possible when you qualify the written test.
    Thirdly if you qualify the SSB round then you need to go for the medical examinartion.
    If you qualify the medical also then merit list will be made according to the performance and those who gets selected are offered the date for joining for the training.
    So this is the whole procedure for the selection if you like to apply then you need to fulfil the requirement given below are as follows-
    You must be 10+2 in any stream to apply for the indian army.
    10+2 in physics and maths to apply for the air force and navy.
    Age should be 16.5 to 19 years .
    You should not have any criminal records.
    You need to be indian by nationality.
    Male candidates are only eligible for the same as girls are not eligible.

    To give NDA Exam, candidate must pass 12th class or appearing for 12th class.

    The minimum age should be 16.5 years and maximum is 19 years.

    There is no age relaxation for this exam.

    Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to give this exam.

    Required educational qualifications are as follows:

    (i)For Army wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

    (ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy: A candidate must have passed 10+2 educational level with physics and mathematics subjects.

    NDA examination is conducted by UPSC and the exam pattern will be having 3 stages which you have to clear with merit.

    -Written Examination

    -SSB Interview

    -Medical Examination

    Written examination is objective type paper and it will have questions related to maths, english, general intelligence, general science, general awareness and general knowledge.

    If you get good marks in written exam then you will be called for the SSB which will be of 5 days duration. SSB will test the candidate mentally and physically.You must have very good head on shoulders then only you can get good marks in SSB.

    Medical fitness is the most important criteria and if you are declared unfit then you can not join NDA.

    You should be 10+2 pass male candidate who is unmarried and age should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

    Dear Friend,

    NDA stands for Nation Defense Services , examination for NDA is conducts by Union Public Service Commission twice in every year.

    Requirements:-

    1. You must be pass your 12th and also can apply in 12th.
    2. You must be under 16.5-19 years.
    3. You must be citizen of India.
    4. you must be physically good.
    5. Only male candidates are eligible.
    6. You should not married.

    National Defense Academy selection process.

    Written Exam

    1)English
    2)General Knowledge
    3)Mathematics

    2)5 days SSB(Service Selection Board) Interview
    a)Psychological Test
    b)Picture Perception Test
    c)Group Discussion
    d)Intelligence Test

    3)Physical Test.

    After completing Service Selection Board interview of 5 days.
    Those who applied for Air Force through NDA had to go through PABT test.

    PABT-Pilot Aptitude Battery Test.
    a)INSB(Instrument Battery Test)
    b)SMA(Sensory Motor Apparatus)
    c)CVT(Control Velocity Test).

    Dear friend,
    some of eligibility criteria for appearing in NDA examination organised by UPSC are:-

    *You must not be married

    *Your age should lie between 16.5 to 19 years fro all categories

    *You must be a citizen of India

    *You should be physically and mentally fit

    *You should have passed class 12th in 10+2 pattern from a recognized central or state education board in any stream fro joining army (but for joining air force or navy you must have physics and maths as compulsory subjects in class 12th board exams)

    *You must be physically and mentally fit according according to norms of NDA

    This examination consists of 3 steps:-
    1.First you have to clear a written entrance examination

    2.After clearing written entrance examination you will be called for SSB interview to test your physical and mental toughness.

    3.After clearing SSB interview you have to clear a medical test.

    After clearing medical test successfully you will be successfully selected for NDA

    Dear friend NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

    - Army wings

    - Navy wings

    - Air force Wings

    Eligibility criteria for NDA Examination :-

    Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

    Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam of a recognized School or Board and studying in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible to apply for Army wings.

    For Navy / Air force wings:-

    Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board.

    There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination .

    Age limit:-

    Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years.

    There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam.

    Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam.
