\IAS exam does not Requires specific Physical standard as well as medical standard.
Exam Eligibility;-
1-You must be passed a graduate degree from a Indian recognized university
2-There is no percentage requirement
3-Appearing in final year candidates are also eligible.
Age limits;-
General age limits is 21-30 years. Age relaxation is given reserved category students.
Age relaxation;---
3 years age relaxation for OBC category
5 years age relaxation for SC/ST category
10 years for PH candidates
Number Of Attempts;-
4 times for General category Candidates
7 times for OBC candidates
No limit for SC/ST category
To become IAS exam,you must clear following stages;-
----Preliminary exam, Mains exam

Age candidate should be hardworking... must know the world.. what's going on this world , on other countries... must be well awared with India's ... must know everything about his own country i.e. India.
There's no requirement of medically fit.. but ofcourse he must be mentally fit.
He has to do the following kinds of work :
<<To handle the daily affairs of the government, including framing and implementation of policy in consultation with the minister-in-charge of the concerned ministry.
<<Implementation of policy requires supervision.
<<Implementation requires traveling to places where the policies are being implemented.
<<Implementation also includes expenditure of public funds which again requires personal supervision as the officers are answerable to the Parliament and State Legislature for any irregularities that may occur.
Don't worry about the salary.. the main thing you will get is the power.. it's the highest govt. rank anyone can have.

Junior Scale : Pay Band: Rs 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs 5400
Senior Time scale: After few years experience, IAS are promoted to this scale, which is
Rs.15600-39100 with 6600 as grade pay.
Junior Administrative Grade pay is 7600/- with the constant pay band as above.
Selection grade officer will get a hike in salary with Rs.37400-67000 with 8700 as grade pay.
Super Time Scale at this position the pay is Rs.37400-67000 with 10000 as gradepay.
