Hello Friend,
Admit cards for UPSC Examinations are also available online.So if you have not received your admit card till date, no need to panic .
Just go to http://www.upsc.gov.in/ .
Then Click on Examination option.Under the Examination Section you'll find e-Admit card option Click on that and then fill your regn no given by UPSC at the time of filling form and your date of birth .Now you'll be seing your admit card Download it .

You Needn't worry.
Usually,the UPSC sends the Admit Cards to the eligible candidates,a couple of weeks prior to the scheduled date of examination.
So in all probability,you will receive one very soon.
In case you don't receive it,and the exam date closens by,
There will be a provision made to download your e-ADMIT CARD from the official website of the UPSC,by providing in your date of birth and registration number.

If your examination date is less than 3 weeks then UPSC have the provision that you can download the eADMIT CARD FOR THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE from the EXAMINATION section on the link eADMIT card or some time it will also available on the homepage of upsc official website on the right side.
fill your registration number with the combination of your date of birth,take hard-copy of it & carry the same to examination hall it is sufficient.

As you can get the admit card easily
By just following steps :
-Just visit the website of the upsc
-Then choose the test admit card which you want
-Select the option and then fill your details
-Like your registration number and date of birth
-Then you will get your admit card

with the advent of computer technology upsc now has started taking online applications along with offline or postal applications . in case you do not get the hall ticket by post you can log on to www.upsc.gov.in and get your hall ticket downloaded making use of date of birth and registration id .
