Any course in which you are fluent and strong enough should be chosen so that you can score more marks in mains exam which consists of academics papers for 600 marks (300 each paper)... And one more adv of taking a easy subject is you can concentrate more on aptitude...

you can opt any subject for your graduation as per your goals of applying for Civil Services as there is no such boundation for selecting any graduation stream.
yes, of course you can apply for Civil services after completing your graduation in form of BBA.
but my personal opinion is that you should select that subject for graduation which you found more easier to study and understand and which is more comfortable to you.
This will definitely help you in your future endeavors of scoring good marks in Civil Services.
