The eligibility criteria for Indian Economic Services is as follows:
''A Post-graduate degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometric from a recognized University or equivalent''.
So as you hold a masters degree in economics, you are definitely eligible for the IES Exam.
But you should also take care of other eligibility criterion like age , nationality etc.
So if you have your masters degree from a recognized college and you belong to the age limit of 21-30 years; then you are eligible for the IES Exam.
