Dear FriendSCRA stands for the Special class railway apprentice examinations.It is conducted once in a year by the UPSC .In 2013 it will be conducted on 20th January .The eligibility criteria for the examination is :>>10+2 passed/appearing from a recognized board is the minimum academic qualifications required for the SCRA examinations.>>PCM must be compulsory subjects in your 10+2.>>Your age must be between 17 to 21 years.>>You must be an Indian citizen.SCRA exam pattern:You should cover all the related topics of physics,chemistry and mathematics to 10+2.For general knowledge you should go through good general knowledge books oF UPKAR , Arihant publications.Read daily newspapers and watch news channels.Hope the information helps you.

Candidate must have passed in the First or Second division, the intermediate or an equivalent Examination of a recognized board wit Mathematics and at least one of the subject Chemistry and Physics as subject of the examination OR
Graduate with mathematics and at least one of the subject Physics and chemistry as their degree subject may also apply
Age Limits:
Age should be between 17-21 years
OBC 17-24 years
SC/ST 17-26 years
Ex-servicemen +5 years
