Degrees of graduation in any discipline are valid to apply for Civil Service Exam for the recruitment of IAS, IPS and IRS posts.
Civil Service Exam is organized by UPSC once in a year.
In this year date of application form for Civil exam already passed.

According to UPSC criteria candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from UGC recognized University or College can appear for Civil Service exam.
Candidates must attain the age of 21 year and not more than 30 years.
Upper Age Limit

OBC age limit 21 to 33 years
