The syllabus of UPSC exam is same for the all stream student.

I think you want to apply for Civil Service exam.

UPSC plans CSE every year for the recruitment of post IAS, IPS, IRS etc.

This exam conducted once in a year.

UPSC generally release the notification in the month of July.

Graduation from any stream

Age must be 21 to 30 years
