IES exam stands for Indian Engineering service which is conducted by UPSC.You must be graduate from a recognized university.Age limit is 21-30 years.
You must be Indian citizen.
Your graduation must be following;-
Civil engineering,Mechanical,Electrical,Electronics and communication
IES exam consist Preliminary exam,Mains exam and Interview.
You can apply this exam only online mode.There is no other web link.

you will get the forms for the IES on the main website of upsc only. that is
www.upsc.gov.in
this is the site from where you can fill up the for for IES. if you're unable to locate the form here then you must try out after sometime. maybe there would be the problems associated with the server or the connection, or the site would be under upload

UPSC have delayed or you can say postponed the notification date of IES exam.You can check the website now as they have provided a link about the postponement.The notification will come in 6th April 2013 as per the declaration.
