UPSC is Union Public Service Commission which conducts many exams in which Civil Service Exam(CSE) is one of them.

CSE has a misnomer as 'IAS exam' or 'UPSC exam'.

Hi dear

You can easily download previous question papers of UPSC, from the official UPSC Website: http://www.upsc.gov.in

You would have to click on the following link:
http://www.upsc.gov.in/questionpaper/index.htm

After you have clicked the link, you would have to select a year of Exam.

Then you will have to select the Exam and Subject for whose Question papers you are willing to download.

The Question papers will be in PDF Format, so you will need a PDF Viewer to read those Question paper.

when the page is open,you click the option "previous year question papers..there you can get the question papers from 2006-2012.

So i advice you to go on upsc official website and

click on previous years papers and select the year first and the paper you want

than the paper open in the pdf format so you should download it to your computer.....

yes dear surely you can get the previous year question papers of upsc exams...
just go to the official website of upsc and click on the previous years question papers which is written at the right hand side of the website..
after doing that whole table will appear in which names of the previous conducted upsc exams will be written and then you can download the desired previous year question paper of the upsc exam.
