it is simple to got the previous year paper of the civil service exam from the upsc official web site www.upsc.gov.in. open the site and click on the recruitment section then dowload the previous year each subject paper.
you also download the paper from the www.upscport.com and also download teh e-entrace exam.com.

the best way to got the previous year paper from the near books market or book stall...previous year paper of the upsc also available there.
