----you must be Indian citizen.
---age limit for IES exam is 21-30 years.

IES stands for the Indian Engineering services examinations.It is also conducted by the UPSC every year.
Donot worry ,I will provide you the the previous year question papers of the IES examinations.First of all let me tell you in brief about eligibility criteria ,paper pattern and age limitations:
>>You should have done your bachelor's degree in engineering /technology from a university that is recognized an if you are in final year then also you can apply for the examinations.
>>Since you are from electrical engineering then you choose your desired subjects from your trade as it core branch of engineering.
>>The age should be between 21-30 years for general candidates with a only four attempts for the exam and 21-33 years for the obc with seven attempts and 21-35 years for the sc/st with no bar on no of attempts.
>>The examination pattern is as below:
The important dates for the IES 2013 are as below:
Date of notification:16/03/2013
Last date of receiving application:15/04/2013
Date of examinations:28/06/2013
