Will I be able to write Civil Services Exam if previously suffered from Long standing chronic disease?

My name is srinivas. Iam 28 years old. From past 8 years have been suffering from long standing chronic disease. Now iam fit but still under medication. Am i eligible to write Civils exam. Please suggest me.

If you are totally physical at present then you are defiantly eligible for the exam,
According to your age you are eligible for the exam,
The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years for unreserved category.
The age relaxation for the reserve category.
UPSC required the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university.
The percentage of the marks is no matter for the exam.
The preliminary exam is held in the month of the May-2013.
Mains exam held in the month of the October/November-2013.

Yes, dear you are able to write civil service exam if you are totally fit and dear I am giving you one suggestion for you if you under medication then don't try bcoz I want firstly you physically fit from your all deceases then apply for this exam...And dear take care for your health first then apply for it.
