Friend there is no specific physical standard for the post of IAS, IPS, IRS or IFS. UPSC don�t explain any physical criteria for these posts in its notification.
As you know these are the most popular and top level job of India and UPSC conducts recruitment for these post every year.
Eligibility Qualification
Candidates must have bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university or its equivalent.
Candidates can also apply in final year of graduation.
No fix percentage of marks required for civil service exam.
Your age should be between 21 to 30 years.
Age relaxation
SC/ST + 5 years
OBC + 3 years
PH + 10 years
You must be Indian or A subject of Nepal or A subject of Bhutan.
Being OBC candidates you can get the relaxation in age.
Civil Service exam procedure is defined in three stages. First stage is preliminary exam. There are two papers of general studies which carries 200 marks each. Candidates who qualify the prelims are eligible to be appear in mains exam. There are 9 papers in mains exam. Mains exam has total 900 marks and in this exam candidates have to choose two optional subjects. If candidates qualify mains exam are called for the Personality test and Interview.
The notification for the civil service exam will be updated in the month of February.
So you should start the preparation to crack civil exam and you have need to do very hard work for civil exam.

UPSC don,t describe any physical criteria for these exam .
you just have to medically fit.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
you should have to passed graduation from the recognized university.
there is not any percentages limits .
AGE CRITERIA:-
for general categories age should be 21 to 30 years.
for obc candidates age should be 21 to 33 years.
for sc/st candidates age should be 21 to 35 years.
you should be an Indian.
NO OF ATTEMPTS:-
general = 4
obc = 7
sc/st = no limits
