    Hello Friend,

I would suggest you to take utmost caution while filling the form. Even if there is any error that you have committed while filling the form and you come to notice after submitting it, you should immediately contact UPSC for it. You can go in person there and you can request them for any modification. Mind it, there are certain things that can't be modified like choice of optionals for mains while filling mains form. But, in all the cases, UPSC decision is final. They can allow changes. Even UPSC writes while issuing admit cards that any discrepancy should be immediately brought to their notice. So, no one is perfect and they also understand that "To err is human".

    Thanks,
