Are 12th (MPC) female candidates eligible for CDS or SSC or UPSC exams?

sir, i am a girl and student of 12 and i have taken mpc group ....can i write C.D.S ,S.S.C and U.P.S.C exam after passing 12 and tell what are the exam available for girls after passing 12
