If you complete the both degree in the same year, then it is illegal, If you complete the degree in same date then you show only one degree which is highest percentage of
the marks and no need for you show the other degree, if you do not complete the both degree in same year, then you show both the degree then there is no problem.
The upsc demands the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the recognized university,
so don�t worry according to your qualification you are eligible for the exam.
The age limit for the exam is 21 to 30 years for the unreserved category with 4 attempt of the exam.
The age relaxation for OBC category is 3 years and SC/ST Category is 5 years.
The civil service exam -2013 notification is displayed in the month of January,
Preliminary exam held in the month of the May and the mains exam held in the month of the October.

yes, the eligibility for that is:
1. you should be an Indian citizen.
2. you should be graduate from recognized college/university.
3. you should be physically and mentally fit.
4. your age should be as following:
21 to 30 years for general category candidates.
3 years relaxation for OBC,
5 years relaxation for SC/st.
4. the no. of attempts for general category is maximum 4.
