indian forest services exam is held every year.just look out for the notification in the employment news.for appearing in this exam a candidate should have Bachelor�s degree from any recognized university with atleast one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry and veterinary Science, Botony, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology, is required for applying in the examination or Candidates who possess bachelor�s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering are also eligible to apply.
UPSC conducts Indian forest service exam, every year in the month of july. The notification is issued on the month of april/march
Eligibility:
age: 21- 30 years ( for general category) as on 1st august of the year you apply
Educational Qualification:
T he candidate must hold a Bachelor�s degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology,Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor�s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering of any of Universities incorporated by an Act
of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University
under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possesses an equivalent qualification.

6 papers
paper 1& 2 General studies .300 marks for each paper
paper 3 to 6: 2 optional subjects to be chosen from the list.Each subject have 2 papers. 200 marks for each paper
