Civil services examination is conducts by Union Public Service Commission once in every year.

For that exam candidate must be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.

It does not matter that in which fields you are doing your graduation , only you must be graduate.

Candidate must be under 21-30 years.
3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates , 5 years of age relaxation for for SC/ST candidates and also for government employee and 10 years of age relaxation for physically handicapped candidates.

For that examination percentage does not matter , If candidates just have passing marks in graduation are also eligible.
