Yes definitely you are 100% eligible for UPSC - Civil services exams because USPC board requires only a completed degree or it's equivalent qualification from a recognized university with at least 50% marks and you have over percentage than required so that you are eligible but your age should not be more than 30 years or less than 21 years and if you are in OBC or SC/ST then you can claim for upper age relaxation if needed and if you are in general category then you can apply for UPSC exam only 4 times, OBCs are allowed only for 7 times and SC/STs have no limit means they can apply till the age of 35 years.

UPSC also conduct some other exams which are - Combined Defense services - graduate degree and age should be between 19-25 years, National Defense Academy - 12th passed and age should be between 16.5-19 years.

Yeah sure you are Eligible for the UPSC Exam after the scores that you have put up.
UPSC stands for the Union Public Service Commission. This is basically a government organization which works to organize and conduct Entrances for the government admissions and recruitment's in various domains and streams.

Some of its common exams are :-

NDA, SCRA, CDS, IPS, IAS, IFS, etc.. and many more..

But for most of these, the Eligibility says that you should be a minimum GRADUATE from a recognized college or university but NO MINIMUM MARKS is specified anywhere.

Hence if you are a clear pass in your graduation, then you can surely sit for the UPSC Exams. However the other Eligibility Criteria's differ from exam to exam.
