UPSC stands for the Union Public Service Commission. This is basically a government organization which works to organize and conduct Entrances for the government admissions and recruitment's in various domains and streams.
Some of its common exams are :-
NDA, SCRA, CDS, IPS, IAS, IFS, etc.. and many more..
But for most of these, the Eligibility says that you should be a minimum GRADUATE from a recognized college or university but NO MINIMUM MARKS is specified anywhere.
Hence if you are a clear pass in your graduation, then you can surely sit for the UPSC Exams. However the other Eligibility Criteria's differ from exam to exam.
