Hi
There is no reservation or relaxation criteria for the NCC cadets. The relaxation is given only to the people belonging from the obc, st/sc and physically handicapped people. The relaxation is given in terms of the age.
A relaxation of 3 years is given to the obc and a relaxation of 5 years is given to the sc/st candidates. There is a relaxation of 10 years given to the physically handicapped people.

sorry to inform you but there is no reservation or relaxation for a NCC candidate in IAS or Civil Services.
Although there is relaxation for NCC candidate in Defence jobs like NDA,CDS,etc.
