Hello

The selection of candidates in all three wings are done through three stage
1)written exam
2)SSB interview
3)medical fitness

But if you have the NCC certificate then you can apply for direct SSB interview,that is the candidate will be exempted from the written exam stage,it will be a two stage process of selection for the candidates.

CDSE is a three stage process and there is no link between CDSE and NCC.

if the cadets posses NCC passed certificate claiming grade minimum of "c" then yes he/she can try for NCC special entry

NCC special entry are meant for NCC CADETS ,without facing the entrance exam.

you might be knowing NCC cadets will have separate merit list from others.then why not to avail this opportunity.right

or

if not,you can even go with with the entrance exam through upsc entry.

upsc conduct exams like NDA (national defense academy),CDS (combined defense service )exam

you can defense field via CDS OR NDA EXAM AS PER YOUR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND QUALIFICATION

In CDS Exam NCC Certificate is beneficial.

This Certificate will add extra benefit for you in selection.

>> If you have NCC certificate of Level 'C' then it benefit for you.

Friend, If a candidate is in possession of NCC C certificate, then it can help me a lot. NCC diploma holder can apply for NCC Special Entry Scheme. Here candidate are directly called for SSB Interview without undergoing from any written examination. If the candidate is applying for CDS Examination, then he again exempted from written examination and directly forwarded for SSB Interview. So importance of NCC 'C' Certificate cannot be neglected.
