Yes friend, you can download the previous year question from UPSC official website

http://upsc.gov.in

Here you will have to click at previous year question paper option and you can download the question paper.

Civil service exam is conducted for the recruitment of IAS, IPS or IRS.

This exam is conducted once in a year at all India level.

For the mains exam you will have to choose two optional subjects. In optional subject you should choose only those subjects in which you are confident and very familiar.

In preliminary exam you have no need to select the optional subject.
