Eligibility Criteria For Civil Services:
>> You need to complete or appearing in final year of graduation
from recognized college or university with any percentage.
AGE LIMIT:
General Category: 21 to 30 years
OBC Category: 21 to 33 years
SC/ST: 21 to 35 years
you must have attained the lower age limit on 1 August of
the year of exam and you should not have attained the upper age
limit on similar date.

CSAT subjects are asked in the preliminary exam of the UPSC civil services which has separate marks in the one paper of preliminary exam means there are two papers conducted in civil services exam and which are for - General Studies I and General Studies II and there is some part of other subjects also as - Reasoning Ability, Quantitive Aptitude, General English so this is called CSAT which is in the paper of GS and it is also necessary to be qualified
