    The best source you can download the cds exam from the upsc official website www.upsc.gov.in.
    You can also purchase from the market last year paper.
    You can also download the previous year paper from the
    www.upscportal.com

    the exam notification is declared by upsc in the month of the February-2013.
    Preliminary exam is held in the month of the October.
