what is the upper age limit for general candidates to be elegible for indian civils services?
my age is 32 , i am a general category candidate(muslim minority), i am i elegible to apply for civils this year?

Sorry my dear you are not eligible for civil services exam because your age crossed the upper age limit of 30. As per my knowledge there are not any relaxation for general category candidate of muslim minority.

The upper age limit for General candidate is 30 yrs. Muslim minority is not given any relaxation, so I am afraid you won't be eligible for civil services exam. However, you can try for state civil services. They generally have age limit as 35 yrs and can be upto 40 yrs.

There is maximum age required for this examination 30 year for General Candidate

For OBC 33 years
For SC/ST 35 years

Must be Graduate from any recognized university

So dear you can not apply because your age is above given criteria

Sorry friend but you are not eligible for Civil Services Examination 2013 since the upper age limit for general candidates is 30 years and you have crossed that. There is no reservation for Muslim Minority the only reserved categories recognized by Government of India are OBC, ST, SC, PH.
The Age Limit Criteria for Civil Services Examination are as follows:
General 21-30 yrs
SC/ST 21-35 yrs
OBC 21-33 yrs
PH 21-40 yrs

As Far as I am concerned the age limit for the general category of all religions is 21-30 years and it does not matter whether you are Hindu or Muslim or Christian .

Since your age is 32 years and you belong to the general category,You are not eligible for the civil services examinations because of the following age limitations:

Note: 1.Do not get dishearted ,if you have done your post graduation then you can go for the NET examinations at the age of 32 years conducted by the UGC (University Grants commission.

2.At the age of 32 years ,you will only eligible for the lectureship post.

No dear, sorry you are not eligible for civil services exam because the maximum age limit for general candidate is 30 year and you are 32 year so you can't appear Civil services exam.

Religion doesn't matter for this exam every one are equal either he is Hindu or Muslim

If you have a great wish to go in public services then you can attempt for state services exam like as

MPSC
MPPSC

All the exam you are eligible on the basis of your age limit
