Dear Candidate,
-If you are interested in working in core technical area, then the INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES is definitely the better option for you.
-Success in the IES exams leads to you being placed in a technical sector under the centre,as an engineer. It allows you to work with more freedom and innovations,so as to benefit the public.
But in the PSUs,you have to work under certain limitations inane planned way, under instructions.
-Although,PSUs offer a bit more money than the IES,the money and other allowances overall make IES a better option to go for.
-As your interest lies in,you will be able to explore a more technical and capable field through the IES.
So I would definitely recommend you to choose IES over the PSUs.
Good Luck.
dear candidate
if u are serious interested in ies then u should definitely opt for ies as it will give a better chance to explore ur innovations and ideas in ur technical field,
and as u asked about the pay scale u will be fully satisfied by seeing urself in tahrt post and ur chance exploring ur chance
good luck
I will suggest you IES over PSU's ,as an engineer in IES you have the freedom and career growth to flourish yourself with dignity having command as an central government employee where as in PSU's you have to go according to your team & you are limited to companies target.
Even IES offers you better salary & other allowances as compared with PSU's.
good luck
