    Dear Aspirant
Civil service examination is not about whether you are an average student or extra talented.Everyone will have to give same efforts if they have to cross the barrier.Civil service examination require continuous study efforts and you have aptitude to serve and know for your country. If you do so you will get natural interest in studying General studies
For the time being you are just tenth passed. So till you passed 12 keep your passion alive for becoming IAS. Regarding preparation at this stage I can just say that you develop a habit of reading The Hindu newspaper. It will help you.Keep you updated about current affairs and improve your English.
    Wish you all the best
