Yes, why not you can achieve the goal of becoming IPS officer. You just need to faith in your self and work hard for preparation. Lots of candidates who are average or below average are today IAS and IPS officers. This happens due to their hard work. So keep doing hard work with quality for IPS exam and forget that how was you in your past academic carrier.

It is very difficult to be IPS for a candidate below average.
IAS and IPS all are extra ordinary student and very sharp minded.
But why are you assuming yourself below average.
You can also be a extra ordinary student by your hard work and die hard spirit.
You have just need to concentrate your goal.
Just be confident and optimist and nothing is impossible.

to become an IPS officer is not impossible the students that become ips officers are also one of us .you should think what they have extra than you to achieve that goal of becoming an ips officer.
to achieve this goal you have to work really hard .every step you take should have a positive effect on your way to your goal.for this you can depend a lot on the daily news paper,magazines, and good books .
reading the daily news paper is a very good habit to keep as it makes you upto date about your country and abroad. if possible try read english news papers as it would help you rais your command on the english language that can of great help for your exam .
gk is another factor that can be really crucial in your exam so put in a strong effort for gk in odre to reach your goal.
along with the studies you should try n keep your body fit also.for this you can run for some time in the mourning or in the evening that will keep your mind fresh and your body fit for the physical tests also.
during your study time you can rest for short period so that you don't get bored or tired of studying.
