You can fill the online application form of upsc at www.upsconline.nic.in. Here are the procedure::

1. Open the above website and click the link of online application for various exam of upsc.
2. Click on that application in which you want to appear in the exam. Click Apply Now.
3. You will see Login Details. But Click on New Registration below the login details.
4. Fill the application form.
5. You have to download and print Challan form first and fill that form and go to bank and submit the exam fees with form.
6. You will be received challan no. which you have to fill in application form.
7. Upload by scanning your recent passport size photograph in form.
8. 1 KB of scanning signature of your handwriting is also uploaded.

Well simply for the upsc exam

You can apply in two modes :

Online
Offline

If you are applying Online:

First go to the official website of upsc

And then open or click on the option or form

For which you want to apply

And fill the form like your name and address

And in second part upload your picture and your signature

And pay the fee through sbi net banking or through bank challan

Then submit the form

Offline:

First purchase a form and fill the form

And put a stamp on it if requires

And then submit the form

you should follow the steps mentioned below to apply online application form.

1. you should go to the official website of upsc :-http://www.upscionline.nic.in
2. click on he exam you wish to apply.than form will appear.
3.fill the application for part-1 and submit it.
4.take a printout of dd chalan .
5. go to the bank and give them your money and the chalan .he will take a copy of chalan and give you the another copy of it with the transaction no which you have to provide when filling the application part two.
6. come again to your computer and provide the registration no, transaction no,and other things .
7 upload your latest photo signature and left hand thumb impression according to the given dimensions for it in the notification.
8 and click on submit.
9. after some time check your e-mail ,you will receive a conformation mail from upsc.

First of all you have to fill the Application form online on following link:
http://www.upsconline.nic.in/

In the intermediate of filling of application you have to select payment mode. after selecting you will see the bank Challan. Get printout of bank challan and now you can fill the fees in Bank.
