For Preparing the UPSC examination should follow the following Study Schedule

- Read daily news paper one hour (News papers are Time of India, Hindu, Indian Express and so on)
- General Knowledge three and half hour
- Elective subject-I two hours
- Elective Subject- II two hours
This is first study time you can increase during the examination period
First three month period: Daily 10 hours study
Second three months period: Daily 12 hours study
Third three months period: Daily 13 hours study
Last three month period: 14 hours study
