    How many times will UPSC exam will be held? What is the eligibility criteria for it? How much time should I spend on preparation? Are both prelims and mains objective type or not? Can anybody help me to schedule the preparation process?

    Question related to Union public service commission

    My qualification: 12th arts 48.2%, graduate bca 60.06%
    i want description about question related upsc: how many time and when in a yr held, critarea to apply, named the org involved in it, how to apply, how to prepare prelium and mains, how to handle interview, per day how much time aproximetly i need to give it, and most imp thing i have to ask preliums n mains they both r objectives que(mcq) if yes then ok otherwise describe this que clearly, if any body wants to make my schedule for this preparation i am thankful

    I appreciated your eagerness to know about IAS exam and it is best way to prepare for any exam by collecting full knowledge about that exam,Now I am going to answer your questions one by one

    -You can apply for exam by applying on official website of UPSC and UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) that conduct IAS exam every
    Year.The official Website for UPSC is
    www.UPSC.gov.in

    -The exam is held in May or June month of every year and registeration starts in March month of every year,you can get notification about exam
    in employment news newspaper and also get full details about exam through this Newspaper.

    -The eligibility criteria of IAS exam are

    -Must be Graduate in any spubject or stream

    -Must be of Age b/w 21-30
    *There is relaxation in age for reserved category candidates that is specified
    below
    -For SC candidates relaxation is of 5 years
    -For OBC candidates relaxation is of 3 years.

    -Must be Indian

    -There are only four attempts to clear IAS exam for General category candidates
    *Although not such limited attempts for Reserved Categories.

    -Now let's come to type of Exam
    The preliminary exam is of Objective Questions type exam which include two
    exams,one in morning and other in evenings
    The exam are
    -General Science
    -CSAT

    But Mains exam is subjective in nature which include Nine exams and you have to clear each exam,For of them are on General Knowledge,Current Affairs and constitution
    And Two on English Language others are on your Two optional subjects you choose..
    After Thus there is Personal Interview.

    -Now Main question how to prepare for IAS exam
    For success in IAS it is suggested that you must have to
    study for 10-12 hours daily
    And for choosing strategy for IAS preparation you must follow
    these steps.

    -Must read Daily Newspaper for current Affairs
    -You must have to read all books of NCERT from class 6-12 to clear IAS exam.
    -You must read Unique Book for sure success in exam
    -You must have to get through IAS Ten years exam..
