>>Age limit is 21-30 years.

>>You must be physically as well as mentally fit.

You must have gradate degree and your age must lies in between 21-30 years for IPS exam.
I can not upload the previous year question papers of Preliminary exam and Main exam for IPS because they are of big sizes you can get these papers from the upsc website http://www.upsc.gov.in
