Can a B.Tech 2015 pass out apply for UPSC exams next year?

I will get my degree certificate in 2015 .Am l eligible to apply for upsc exams of 2014? so that in the mean time of 1 year i can get by certificate

You have not mentioned for which UPSC exam you want to apply .

Yes,why not you can apply for the various UPSC exams conducted by the UPSC every year with your provisional degree .It does not matter that UPSC requires the original degree at the time of application.

If you clear the exam and at the time of recruitment UPSC requires the original degree .So donot worry about all that and apply for the exams in which you are interested.

For that exam you should be graduate and also can apply in last year of graduation.

So, wait one more year you will be eligible in lat year of graduation.

UPSC Indian Engineering Service Examination - Any engineering degree will be accepted in this examination but candidates will have to choose anyone of the - Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering for exam and age should be between 21-30 years

UPSC Indian Civil Service Examination : Any degree graduates are eligible to apply for this exam and age of the candidate should not be more than 30 years and minimum 21 years

UPSC Indian Forest Service Examination : Engineering graduates can apply for this examination and candidate should not have attained the age of 30 years

UPSC Combined Defense Service Examination :

Indian Military Academy : Any graduate degree is accepted and age should be between 19-24 years

Indian Naval Academy : Candidate should possess degree in engineering and age limits are - 19-22 years

Yes you can eligible for the 2014 UPSC Civil Service Exam.

Because the eligibility criteria for the CSE exam are below :

=> one must be graduated from any recognized university in any field.

=> A final year student also eligible for the exam but before the main exam one have to complete the graduation.

=> age limit:
21-30 for general cast
21-33 for obc cast
21-35 for sc/st cast
21-35 for ex-serviceman
21-40 for pwd

So any indian citizen who fulfill the above criteria can give the exam.

But there are limits for giving the exam like
4 for general cast
7 for obc cast
no limit for sc/st cast

I am sorry to say but you cannot apply for the upsc exam without being into the final year of your graduation.
For giving the exam you need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university or you should be in the final year of your graduation and your age should be in between 21-30 years.
A relaxation of 3 and 5 years is also given to the obc and the sc/st candidates respectively.
