You can surely appear for the NDA-2 Exams after taking part in the NDA-1 Exams,provided your age still lies in the eligibility criteria of age limit set for the NDA exams which is, 16-19 years.
If you fall in this age limit,you have completed your intermediate exams successfully and you are a citizen of India,
then you can appear for the NDA -2 exams,even if you had taken part in the first one.

Yeah sure, you can sit in NDA-II Exam after appearing in NDA-I Exam. There is No difference between NDA-I and NDA_II Examination, Both are same. NDA-I & NDA-II occur just because NDA Exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

YES , you can sit for the NDA -II exams if you have missed your first exam . it is acceptable only when still your age lies in between 16.5 to 19 .
there is no change in pattern or there is no difference between the NDA I and NDA II
candidates who have missed the opportunity for the first time can apply for second time , provided you are eligible or allowed from writing any further exams by UPSC

Yes you can appear for NDA -2 .It doesn't matter whether you appeared for NDA-1 Or not.But the bottomline is that you should be still eligible to apply for NDA i.e your age should not be more than what is asked for.

The form would be released probably on 5th may 2012 and the last date to apply for the exam is 04th june 2012.
NDA -2 exam is scheduled on 19th August 2012.

You can sit in N.D.A.(II) after appearing in N.D.A.(I).
If you have qualified in N.D.A.(I), then no need to sit in N.D.A. (II).
If you have not qualified then you can apply for N.D.A.(II)
There is no difference N.D.A(I) & N.D.A.(II).
Actually N.D.A. exam is conducted by U.P.S.C. twice in a year.
So, the both exams are named like that.
N.D.A stands for NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY.
All the eligibility , exam pattern is same for both the exam.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
-- Candidate must be an Unmarried male candidate.
-- Girls are not allowed for N.D.A. examination.
-- Candidate must have completed +2 with science stream in order to apply for all wings of defense i.e. Army, Air force, Navy wing.
-- Candidates who have only completed +2 with any stream can apply for Army wing only.
-- The candidate must have attained the age of 16.5 years & must not attained the age of 19 years.
-- You must be free from serious diseases.
-- You must not be any bone & joint disease.
-- You must not have mental breakdown or fits.
-- After full inspiration the minimum chest expansion is 5 c.m.
-- Minimum acceptable height required is 157.5 c.m. But it is 162.5 c.m in case of Air Force.
-- You must have well developed chest.
-- Your chest must be fully expanded & not less than 81 c.m.
