Eligibility for HAS - Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Examination :
Any graduates are eligible to apply for HAS examination but degree should be completed from a recognized university and discipline does not matter in this situation
Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 35 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines that is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates
Selection Process for HAS : There will be the same process as prelims examination and main examination then personality test in this state administrative service also and passing in each is mandatory but pattern of examination is different
Eligibility for IAS - Indian Administrative Service/ Indian Civil Service Examination
You should have passed graduation in any subject from a recognized institute or university. If you are pursuing final year of degree then also you may apply for prelims examination and same for HAS examination

after that you can choose any two subject for the subjective test .
There is 16 subject in IAS subjective test list . you can choose any two.
you age should to be in between 21 to 30 .
